Representation of foreign companies

In addition to its legal services the firm has extensive experience in accommodating and providing managerial, accounting and administrative services to its clients' local offices until they commence direct channel operations on the local market. Some of our most prestigious clients to whom we have provided such services are NCR, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Currently the managing partner of the firm serves as a managing director of the Bulgarian entity of AT&T - AT&T GNS Bulgaria Ltd.
