The firm prides itself on its expertise in offering a full complement of real estate services including drafting and consulting on Deeds and Lease Agreements, provision of legal advice on title and encumbrances search, as well as other issues related to property law. The firm has experience in proceedings relating to obtaining approvals and construction licences. We have recently completed a major project for the United States Department of State involving the acquisition of land for the construction of a new US Embassy in Sofia. Penev & Partners continues to provide legal advice to the US Department of State on Bulgarian real property matters. Our firm provides ongoing full legal support to Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund Limited in relation to its investment policy in Bulgaria and the Balkan Region and the various projects implemented by the Fund. In addition, Penev & Partners have supported Heitman – a real estate investments management firm, in its first real estate acquisition project in Bulgaria, and henceforth provides full legal advice to the company with regard to its activity in Bulgaria.
