Contract drafting and negotiations of international investment transactions;

Advice on various transactions and foreign companies in the petroleum and energy sectors. The firm works in cooperation with the Center for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law in Dundee, Scotland. Penev & Partners provides ongoing advice to Enel S.p.A. with regard to its business activity in Bulgaria and the projects implemented. Further, we are actively supporting Statkraft Markets GmbH in its activity in the energy field in Bulgaria including – electricity trading. Apart from advising on specific cases and projects, Penev & Partners have also actively participated in the drafting of the Energy law, as well as related secondary legislation.
