Recently, we have provided advice to the incorporation of a new local entity specially designated to publish the prestigious editions of “Madamme Figaro”, “Cosmopolitan”, and “Playboy” on the Bulgarian market. We consulted on the structure of the business between this entity and the owner of the trademarks and the owner of the copyrights for Playboy International. Penev & Partners provides advice to the company of AGB Hellas, engaged in the business of monitoring the rating of all TV in Bulgaria.
