Through our representation of the Coca-Cola and the Heineken Bottling Companies (Zagorka and Ariana), Nestle, Metro Cash and Carry, the largest Bulgarian wheat factories (Krapsi Holding and its subsidiary companies), SAP Bulgaria, Star Foods, and other major employers, Penev & Partners became the undisputed leader in the field of Bulgarian labour law. Penev & Partners clients rely on our advice for the development of their labor and employment policies, as well as the negotiation and conclusion of both collective and individual employment agreements. The firm provides ongoing advice to our clients with respect to obtaining work permits, workforce restructuring and corporate down-sizing. Among these clients are: Moeller Electric Bulgaria EOOD, Statkraft Markets GmbH, Delegation of the European Commission in Bulgaria, etc. In addition, Penev & Partners provided advice with regard to labour related issues pertaining to the acquisition of IBM’s PC division by Lenovo, including the transfer of the personnel employed.
