We act for trademark and copyright owners in terms of protecting and defending their rights against piracy, infringement, and abuse. We have worked on a comprehensive assignment given by Warner Brothers, London, with regards to conducting research and advice on the protection of copyrights of the CNN, TNT and Cartoon Network programmes.
We advised Lek in their protection of patent rights proceedings against SmithKline Beecham.
Penev & Partners acted on behalf of the company of Warner Lambert in their proceedings against a distribution company for the area of the Balkans. Also, we have advised Moeller Electric Bulgaria EOOD in relation to ensuring protection of the intellectual property rights over Moeller products being subject to placement on the Bulgarian market.
