In this area of special law we provide our clients with a combination of extensive experience and competent advice on the concession granting procedures and compliance with the ever-changing regulatory requirements. In addition, we are well experienced in drafting contractual and related concession documentation. We provide legal services to privately owned companies as well as governmental and municipal offices. Penev & Partners provided advice to the largest bidder in a US$ 200Mln concession granting procedure on the water supply and sewerage system of the city of Sofia - the consortium of Vivendi, Berliner Wasser Betriebe and Marubeni. Penev & Partners prepared an exhaustive due diligence-report for Enterprise Oil in relation to its participation in the concession procedure for obtaining oil and gas from the Black Sea. Further, Penev & Partners has advised Fraport AG in relation to the project for granting concession over the airports of Varna and Bourgas.
