Our law firm is the recognized leader in this field and our advice has been intensively sought in connection with the introduction of the new Law on Protection of Competition. Penev & Partners acts as counsel in all stages of litigation concerning competition among companies. Over the last several years the firm has developed a substantial amount of experience in providing advice to most of the large foreign investors’ subsidiaries in - Bulgaria such as Ariana and Zagorka (Heineken Group) and Clarina Bulgaria Ltd. (The Coca Cola Company’s franchisee) in this area of law.
