Commercial Arbitration

Our law firm acts as counsel or arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations.

Once our clients understand the advantages of the speed, cost effectiveness and certainty that arbitration provides they appreciate having this additional tool in their legal armoury. For example, the local franchisee of Coca-Cola has chosen this method of settlement of dispute resolution with Penev & Partners as lead counsel, over the last several years. The firm has been involved with the ICC-International Arbitration in furtherance of this effort. Our client, the United States Department of State, also employs arbitration as its preferred method for resolving disputes internationally with regard to its leased properties.
